In 2017, I developed a system of digital advertising for The Globe Mail. It aimed to leverage yield, maximize impressions and viewability, while supporting content in a non-obtrusive manner. Digital Advertising Guidelines: A manual outlining all ad units and positions on the website. It’s an essential reference for digital programming and ad sales departments. 

Ad units are programmed and positioned based on unit size, viewability and user experience against non-advertising content. Strict standards are placed around units that may undermine UX.

Additional formats are programmed based on page size and article length to maximize impressions.
